90-DAY RETURN WINDOW

Eligible products may be returned within 90 days from the date of delivery.

FREE RETURNS

Eligible returns are free of charge.

When a return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To qualify for a standard return:

- The item must be returned within 90 days of delivery.
- Footwear must be unworn and unused.
- Shoes should only be tried on indoors on a clean surface.
- Items must remain in resalable condition.
- Original shoe boxes, packaging, tags, and accessories should be included.
- Proof of purchase or order information may be required.

Products showing signs of outdoor wear, misuse, alteration, damage after delivery, or excessive wear may not qualify for a standard return.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly.

Please include your order number and, when appropriate, photographs showing the issue.

Approved returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items are free.

REFUNDS

Once an eligible returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund after it has been issued.

EXCHANGES

If you need a different size, color, or product, contact customer support.

Exchanges depend on product availability.

Where a direct exchange is unavailable, you may be asked to return the original item and place a new order.

RESTOCKING FEES

There is no restocking fee for eligible returns.
